Terms of Service for FusionCore Apps

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any application or service provided by FusionCore Apps (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any FusionCore Apps application or website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FusionCore Apps grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download and use our applications on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not allow you to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of our apps
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Transfer your license or access rights to another person

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms. FusionCore Apps may revoke it at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in our apps — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and interface design — are the exclusive property of FusionCore Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The FusionCore Apps name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of FusionCore Apps. You may not use any of our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Biblical text used in our apps (e.g., The Passion Translation, Traducción en Lenguaje Actual) is licensed from the respective rights holders and is subject to their terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our apps to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Collect or harvest data about other users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the apps
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the apps or related systems
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any other harmful content
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features within our apps may be available through optional paid subscriptions or one-time purchases processed via the Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play’s payment terms and policies.

  • Free tier: The core experience of each app is and will remain free.
  • Subscriptions: Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds: All refund requests are handled per Google Play’s refund policy. FusionCore Apps does not process refunds directly.
  • Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified before any price change takes effect.

6. Third-Party Services

Our apps may integrate or link to third-party services, including:

  • Google Play — app distribution and in-app purchases
  • Google AdMob — advertising in free app versions
  • Firebase (Google) — push notifications and analytics
  • Expo — push notification delivery infrastructure

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FusionCore Apps expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content in the apps

Biblical content is provided for personal and devotional use. We make no representations about theological accuracy or interpretation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FusionCore Apps and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) our apps — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FusionCore Apps and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the apps in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (c) any content you submit through our apps.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you under Section 2 will immediately cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via a notice on our website. Your continued use of the apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.
