What Is Claimly?
Claimly is a personal inventory and warranty tracker that keeps all your purchases, receipts, and warranty details in one organized place. Instead of keeping paper receipts in a drawer or relying on memory, Claimly stores everything digitally — with automatic expiry alerts so you never miss a claim window again.
Think of it as a warranty book for the 21st century.
Scan Any Receipt in Seconds
The centerpiece of Claimly is its AI-powered receipt scanner. Open the app, point your camera at any receipt, and Claimly automatically extracts:
- Product name
- Store name
- Purchase date
- Total price
No manual entry. The AI reads the receipt and pre-fills everything. You review, confirm, and save — done.
Track Every Type of Warranty
Most products come with multiple warranty layers that are easy to forget:
- Store warranty — the retailer’s return or exchange period
- Manufacturer warranty — the brand’s coverage, usually 1-2 years
- Extended warranty — any additional coverage you purchased separately
Claimly tracks all three per product, with individual expiry dates and countdown timers. You see exactly how many days remain on each coverage type, right from the product detail screen.

Why We Built Claimly

How to Join the Beta
Claimly is currently in early access testing on Google Play. This is a Google requirement before an app goes fully public — a minimum of 12 testers for 14 days. Once that phase completes, Claimly will be available to everyone.
Here is how to join right now:

- Wait a few minutes for your Google account to be approved as a tester

What Happens After Beta?
Once the required testing period is complete, Claimly will move to full production on Google Play — available to anyone without needing to join a group first. Beta testers will automatically keep the app and continue receiving updates.

Is Claimly free?
Yes. Claimly is free to download and use. It contains ads to support development, but the core features — scanning, tracking, and alerts — are all available without any payment.
Do I need an account to use Claimly?
No account is required to add products and track warranties. Your data is stored locally on your device.
Why do I need to join a Google Group to download it?
Google requires apps to complete a closed testing phase before going public. During this phase, only approved testers can install the app. Joining the Google Group is how you get approved. This is temporary — once testing is complete, Claimly will be available on Google Play without this step.
What types of receipts can Claimly scan?
Claimly can scan printed receipts, handwritten receipts, and printed invoices. The AI works best with clearly legible text and good lighting. You can also manually enter details or upload a PDF if you prefer.
Will my data be lost after beta ends?
No. The app and your data carry over seamlessly from beta to the production release.
